On Oct. 28, ESPN 150 prospect Greg Tabaoda (Atlanta/Marist) committed to Stanford over Alabama and Vanderbilt. The 6-foot-5, 235-pound athlete discussed his decision Friday after a 24-0 victory over Chamblee (Ga.) High School.
“I feel great about committing to Stanford,” Taboada said. “I kind of wanted to experience something new in going to school out in California. Their record with tight ends is awesome and they have two about to go to the NFL this year. The degree at Stanford will put me in a great position after college.”
The Crimson Tide at one point led for Taboada, but he thinks they are in good shape without him.
