Lomax and Morrow took unofficial visits to San Diego State this weekend and were comfortable enough to make the call, as each took to Twitter to announce his commitment.
These are two intriguing athletes who did a bit of everything for Mira Mesa in their junior seasons. Lomax played quarterback and safety, though his future with the Aztecs is on defense. Last season, he passed for four touchdowns, rushed for 279 yards and three scores, and tallied 109 tackles and an interception. Addison also shone on both sides of the ball, as he caught 41 passes for 708 yards and seven touchdowns, and added 49 tackles and three interceptions.
The teammates give San Diego State 10 commitments in the 2013 class, and they are the first two from the San Diego area.
