Lakewood, Calif., wide out Darius Powe has five schools on his list and said a pair of Pac 12 schools are recruiting him the hardest right now.
Powe, one of the state’s top receivers and an Under Armour All-American, was set to visit Michigan last month but had to cancel the trip at the last minute due to a scheduling conflict.
“I still want to visit Michigan but that will probably be after the season now,” Powe said. “I still have the same five schools on my list, Michigan, Oregon State, UCLA, Utah and Arizona State.
“I’m going to visit Oregon State with Malik [Gilmore] but we don’t have a date in mind yet. Oregon State and UCLA are the two schools recruiting me the hardest right now. They’re calling when they can and showing me a lot of love, so I really like both of those two schools a lot as well.”
Powe has been a little banged up this year and has missed two games. In the five games he has played, he 21 catches for 200 yards and four touchdowns.
Powe, a four-star prospect, ranks as the nation's No. 13 receiver and is No. 85 on the ESPNU 150.
