Boise State added another dynamic athlete to its 2013 recruiting class, as Thomas Sperbeck (Carmichael, Calif./Jesuit) pledged to the Broncos. The 6-foot, 167-pound Sperbeck picked up an offer from Boise State during an official visit this past weekend and didn't need to wait long after returning home to make a decision.
"I enjoyed the visit and really like the coaching staff," Sperbeck said. "It just felt like the right place for me."
Capable of playing multiple positions at the next level -- Sperbeck was recruited by programs as a quarterback, athlete, wide receiver and safety -- he will begin his career at Boise State at free safety.
