QB Tyler Bruggman is back from Wazzu visit

Quarterback Tyler Bruggman (Phoenix, Ariz./Brophy Prep) is plenty familiar with Washington State, having visited multiple times and done every bit of homework on his potential destinations before committing to the Cougars in June. But that didn't prevent the 6-foot-1, 190-pound signal-caller from enoying his official visit to the Washington State campus this past weekend.

"It was a great experience," Bruggman said. "I had a great time watching the game and experiencing the atmosphere."

It was a big weekend for the Cougars, as several prospects came in on official visits. Bruggman and athlete DeMarcus Ayers (Lancaster, Tex./Lancaster) were the Washington State verbal commitments in attendance. Wide receiver Jake Roh (Scottsdale, Ariz./Chaparral) and defensive lineman Nick Terry (Elk Grove, Calif./Pleasant Grove) were the uncommitted recruits taking visits, while the Cougars earned a commitment from defensive tackle Gerald Sterling (Aliceville, Ala./Aliceville) over the weekend.
