Cornerback Billy Vaughn Jr. (Los Angeles/Dorsey) committed to San Diego State over the summer, but that announcement seemingly only opened the door for additional programs to step forward. The 5-foot-11, 154-pound corner said interest from schools across the country has increased in recent weeks.
Vaught said he recently heard from Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Oklahoma State, UCLA, Washington and West Virginia.
"Earlier those schools had mentioned me a little bit, but they're starting to come tougher and tougher and it's just building up," Vaughn said.
