WR Wolitarsky enjoys Minnesota visit

Wide receiver Drew Wolitarsky (Canyon Country, Calif./Canyon) is doing what he can to balance the recruiting process with a run at the California record books during his senior season. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound receiver is 158 yards shy of setting the state career receiving record, but he took an opportunity to this past weekend to dive into the recruiting process with an official visit to Minnesota.
It was Wolitarsky’s first official visit as well as his first trip ever to the Midwest.
“It was really cool,” Wolitarsky said. “It was a lot better than I expected. It was definitely colder than I was used to, but not too bad. It went down to about 45 degrees and was rainy and windy, but the trip was great.”
