Rancho Santa Margarita (Calif.) Santa Margarita quarterback Johnny Stanton has suffered an ACL injury that will require surgery, the school announced Saturday.
The 6-foot-2, 221-pound senior, who gave a verbal commitment to Nebraska in July, was injured during the Eagles' 35-27 victory over Ventura (Calif.) St. Bonaventure on Friday.
