Luca Bruno (Oak Park, Calif./Oak Park) planned to wait until the midpoint of his senior season to make a verbal commitment. But with available spaces running low at his top school, Bruno couldn’t hold off any longer, and the Arizona Wildcats’ 2013 recruiting class took another step forward Saturday.
“I just committed to [Arizona] today,” Bruno said. “They were my top school for about three months now and they have always been at the top of my list.”
Bruno said with only two remaining spots in Arizona’s 2013 class, he felt it was a now-or-never situation. Although, nothing about his decision was rushed.
