Washington State picked up a commitment from one of the elite receives in the West region. Gabriel Marks (Los Angeles, Calif./Venice) was an early SMU commit but switched to the Cougars on his official visit this weekend.
Marks has been one of the state’s top receivers since his sophomore year and is an absolute steal for the Cougars.
“Man I loved it there,” Marks said. “It wasn’t just one thing, it was the total package that Washington State offers. I loved the people, the environment, the city, the atmosphere, the coaches, I mean I loved everything. Pullman is a cool college town and the new coaching staff brings a lot to the table.
