Jaydon Mickens (Los Angeles, Calif./Dorsey) is coming off an MVP performance in the recent Semper Fi All-American Bowl on Tuesday. The talented receiver will take this weekend off and then has two final official visits lined up.
Mickens, a three-star prospect and rated the No. 48 player in the state, is an explosive player who could see time at receiver and returning punts early in his college career. At this time, his recruitment is basically down to three schools.
“I had a great visit to Washington, and that’s my leader,” Mickens said. “I really like everything about the school. I like the coaching staff, the offense, the players on the team and the opportunity to play early. It’s a good fit, but I still have more trips to take.
