Offensive lineman Beau Boyster (Bellflower, Calif./St. John Bosco) has canceled his weekend visit scheduled to Oregon and said his commitment to Arizona is now rock solid.
Boyster committed early to Arizona but was planning to take a few of his official visits before making a final decision. Oregon was a childhood favorite, and he said an offer was likely to come if he took an official visit.
“I’ve decided not to take the visit, and I’m 100 percent committed to Arizona,” Boyster said. “I had a great visit last weekend and just really feel like it’s the best place for me. A big key was when they decided to keep the OL coach, Robert Anae. We had a great relationship, and I’m excited to play for him.”
