It won't be nearly as big as the turnout for the Florida game but Tennessee is expecting at least one key prospect among four official visitors this weekend. Receiver Jonathan Rumph is slated to make the trip for the Akron game.
It will be interesting to see what the 6-foot-4, 195-pound Rumph thinks when he sees Tennessee's passing offense up close. While the junior college prospect from Goodman (Miss.) Holmes Community College has plenty of options, he'll surely take note of how the Volunteers have so quickly integrated another junior college receiver, Cordarelle Patterson, into their offense.
The Vols will also host three commitments this weekend:
DT Ben Bradley: The 6-foot-3, 310-pound defensive tackle chose the Vols over a bevy of scholarship offers from several schools, including Arkansas, Georgia and West Virginia.
LB De'Vondre Campbell: The 6-foot-5, 224-pound linebacker committed to the Vols in May. He should be a versatile prospect for Tennessee as it continues to shift to a 3-4 defense.
OT Dan Skipper: The 6-foot-8, 285-pound prospect committed to Tennessee in June over Colorado, Colorado State, Missouri and Vanderbilt, among others.
