ESPN 150 OL Christopher Taylor (Zachary, La.) is going to show off his versatility this year and is hoping it leads to more offers.
“Right now I am playing guard,” Taylor said. “But I know I will get a lot of reps at center this spring. I know there are a lot of teams that want to see me play center. I think it’s a position I can do well at. I am an OL that excels at moving. I have very good feet and am at my best when pulling. I am also very good at down blocking and I have a strong punch. I am a guy that can really get out and move.”
McNeese State was the first school to offer him while Louisiana Tech was his second. Tulane could be next.
“I think Tulane is very close to offering me,” Taylor said. “That may be soon and they are a school that I am talking with.”
Taylor has had a busy spring, visiting schools like LSU, Alabama, Mississippi State, and Louisiana Lafayette, Louisiana Tech.
“This summer I want to camp at Georgia Tech, Alabama, LSU and Mississippi State,” Taylor said. “All of those schools have expressed interest in me and want to see me in person. I am open and just want to see who offers and go from there.”
