Four-star offensive lineman Josh Outlaw (Lithonia, Ga./Martin Luther King) surprised many by signing with Texas Tech on Wednesday morning.
Outlaw, who is 6-foot-4 and 275 pounds, is ranked No. 25 at offensive guard in the nation and is Tech’s second big-time four-star pickup during this week.
He chose the Red Raiders over offers from Oklahoma, TCU and Missouri. He made official visits to all four schools in the last three weeks. Tech was the last, saving the best for last.
