Three-star running back Daryl Chestnut (Miami, Fla./Columbus) is no longer committed to Texas Tech, according to multiple sources. He had selected the Red Raiders in November.
Florida International, Florida Atlantic, Florida State, Indiana, Kansas State, Kentucky, North Carolina State, Utah State, West Virginia and Western Kentucky are Chestnut's other scholarship offers. Miami (Fla.), Mississippi State, North Carolina and Oklahoma State have showed interest in the 5-foot-8, 185-pound senior.
ESPN calls him, "a small package who can move the chains in a variety of ways ... In the right creative role with touches on the ground, in the air and as a returner, we feel Chestnut could provide a spark."
