TE Ian Bunting reels in Vanderbilt offer

Ian Bunting (Hinsdale, Ill./Hinsdale Central) had a good feeling going into his visit to Vanderbilt, but he was afraid of being let down. If he expected an offer and didn’t get one, it would be a long ride back to Chicago.
“You get too arrogant and you jinx yourself,” Bunting said.
There was no voodoo waiting at Vanderbilt, though, as the 2014 tight end picked up an offer from the Commodores this weekend while down in Nashville. Bunting and his mother were on the field before the game when coach James Franklin ran over.
