Alex Bars just seems like a southern prospect destined to play football in the north.
The ESPN Watch List offensive lineman has one brother that is a freshman offensive lineman at Michigan and another that is a junior defensive end at Penn State. Still, there's an SEC team making a push for the standout from Nashville (Tenn.) Montgomery Bell, as Georgia has made quite an early impression for the 2014 prospect.
"Overall it was a great visit," the 6-foot-6, 280-pound junior told ESPN via text message after his visit to Athens last weekend.
