After taking his first official visit, defensive end Danny Ezechukwu (Lithonia, Ga./Arabia Mountain) knew he had found a place he could call home. But the 6-foot-3, 225-pound senior wanted to make sure though, so he took his second official visit, to Iowa State, last weekend.
“I went up to Iowa State and had a really good time, and both coaching staffs are great,” Ezechukwu said. “I just felt like at Purdue it was like a family, and I felt the people there would be there for me for the next four years.”
Tuesday night, Ezechukwu was able to talk to Purdue head coach Danny Hope to inform him of his decision.
