For several months three-star linebacker Keith Kelsey (Gainesville, Fla./Gainesville) has had high interest in South Florida. So it was no surprise to see the 6-foot-1, 213-pound senior in attendance last Saturday when the Bulls hosted the Florida State Seminoles.
Besides seeing a competitive game, Kelsey also got the chance to see one of his former teammates make a big play.
“Overall it was a great experience, but the high point was when my man Tashon Whitehurst blocked the punt,” Kelsey said. “He was my teammate for many years and a great friend, so that was the most exciting thing to see someone you know make a big play like that.”
