ESPN 300 athlete Reggie Wilkerson (Citra, Fla./North Marion) is eager to see the field again next week after missing several games due to a concussion.
The 5-foot-11, 175-pound senior is upset he’ll miss Friday’s game against Jacksonville (Fla.) Bolles but happy that the injury didn’t threaten his career.
“It’s frustrating to miss any games because I love to compete,” Wilkerson said. “Right now I’m about 95 percent, though. I’ve been doing the drills and practicing different things. I feel real good.”
