Dothan, Ala., cornerback Kamryn Melton was one of the first players to join Auburn University’s 2012 recruiting when he committed to the Tigers back in February, the same day as ESPN 150 wide receiver Earnest Robinson.
Since then, AU has added 12 more recruits to the class, including five-stars Reuben Foster and Carl Lawson. The class has shot up to No. 6 in the country, and Melton is excited about what the future holds. He’s even watching the highlight films of the new commitments.
“It will be a really good class,” Melton said. “I always talk to them and text them here and there. All of us are really on the same page, trying to get to the next level and try to get a national championship when we get there.”
