Robert Garcia (Tampa, Fla./Jesuit) became USF's 14th commitment for the 2013 class on Tuesday.
The 6-foot-3, 260-pound defensive tackle chose the Bulls over Air Force, Florida Atlantic, Iowa State and Ohio.
"USF is close to home," Garcia said. "I get to be with my family and they can come watch me play. I have a good relationship with the coaches and they have nice facilities."
Garcia joins Bruce Hector as fellow defensive tackles in South Florida's class.
