The Viper position is a hybrid linebacker/defensive end spot that will allow Ohio State's recent commitment to do it all on defense: rush the passer, play the run and play the pass.
“That's like an NFL-type defensive end,” the linebacker from Wilson (N.C.) James B. Hunt said when asked about his commitment to Ohio State this weekend. “I'm very excited. Just because I get to work on what I need to work on to get to the next level after college. I want to make my dreams come true.”
