Carrollwood Day (Tampa, Fla.) running back Robert Davis wants to prove that he's as good as the running backs at the larger schools in the state.
Right now he's preparing for next weekend's IMG Regional 7-on-7 tournament in Bradenton. The 5-foot-8, 175-pound junior will be part of Team Tampa.
"I'm doing the 7-on-7 stuff and I'm also running track," Davis said. "Just doing the things necessary to stay in shape and get better."
