Tony Whitehead (Cottondale, Ala./Bryant), a big, physical wide receiver from the state of Alabama, has an offer from an SEC program.
“Mississippi State offered me at their junior day in February,” Whitehead said. “They are building that program and when I get there they will have lost five receivers. They have a great playbook and they use their receivers. They are making improvements to their facilities. I know if I go there and work hard I will have a great opportunity.”
Whitehead has also attended a junior day at Alabama and has more junior days coming up this spring at Alabama, Auburn and Western Kentucky.
