Jalen Stevens knows the type of player he wants to be.
The standout from Goose Creek (S.C.) High School wants to be the sort of hybrid pass-rusher that is so en vogue in football circles, especially with the proliferation of the 3-4 defense.
Maybe he'll have his hand down as a defensive end? Maybe he'll stand up as a linebacker? Regardless, he's proven he can do both. Last season, Stevens began the season at defensive end and then moved to strongside linebacker when the former starter there went down with an injury.
