It was a big weekend for quarterback Jeremy Johnson (Montgomery, Ala./Carver). He visited Baton Rouge for LSU’s junior day and came home with a scholarship offer.
“LSU offered me on Saturday while I was there,” Johnson said. “I love the campus. What a great place. And I know they are a super program that really wants me. My daddy and I had a great talk with coach [Les] Miles. I know those two had a real good conversation. It was a terrific visit.”
“The next offer could be from Oklahoma,” Johnson said. “I know I want to see them this spring as well as Ole Miss. But that depends on basketball.”
