Well, the reality for the Clemson Tigers is that they only have room for about three more prospects in this class. The targets are ILB Raekwon McMillan, DE Lorenzo Featherston and a long shot in WR Josh Malone. If Malone is too much of a stretch, then DE Andrew Williams would be the fourth guy they covet. The good news for Clemson fans is that their roster is mostly returning intact, which means they don’t have a lot of scholarships available. This class is strong, with 16 commits, and half of them are in the ESPN 300. They need to hold on down the stretch, and even if they get just Featherston, it’s a win for them along the defensive front. They know they are in a battle with Ohio State for McMillan, which could go 50-50. Stealing Malone away from Georgia or Tennessee is going to be difficult.
