Jordan Batiste (Lutcher, La./Lutcher) was an Ole Miss Rebel. Then Houston Nutt was fired and this three-star cornerback prospect opened things back up. Well, today, Batiste decided on his next stop and it’s Tulane in New Orleans.
“I committed to the Green Wave,” Batiste said. “It’s such a good coaching staff. I just knew I wanted to be a part of Tulane football. I am done, and I am very happy.”
Batiste, 5-foot-8 and 170 pounds, is the nation’s No. 77 ranked cornerback and the No. 45 rated recruit from the state of Louisiana.
Batiste also had scholarship offers from Pitt, Memphis, Vanderbilt, Western Kentuck, Mississippi State and Southern Miss.
