Seffner (Fla.) Armwood center Cameron Dees committed to Marshall on Tuesday. The 6-1, 280-pounder chose the Thundering Herd over offers from Ohio, FIU, Delaware and Western Michigan.
Dees took an official visit to Marshall five weeks ago and he named the program as his leader after the visit. It was thought that Marshall would be competing with New Mexico but Dees eliminated the Lobos once Mike Locksley was fired.
