A lot of top junior college prospects will be signing Wednesday, but four-star defensive tackle Toby Johnson (College Park, Ga./Hutchinson CC) is not one of them.
Johnson, ranked No. 4 in the ESPN Juco 100, said he is keeping his options open. He is the No. 1-ranked uncommitted juco defensive product in the nation. And he has been busy. In the last two weeks, Johnson has made official visits to Georgia and Missouri. He said he liked the visit with the Tigers, but the Bulldogs are still the clear favorite.
Oklahoma has received an unofficial and an official visit from Johnson, and OU defensive tackles coach Jackie Shipp visited with Johnson again last week.
