Joshua Smith has another offer but no intentions of changing his commitment.
The three-star receiver from Knoxville (Tenn.) Christian said he received a scholarship offer from Arkansas this weekend. He committed to Tennessee in June.
"Excited," the 6-foot-1, 183-pound prospect said. "But still with UT."
Smith was offered by Arkansas offensive coordinator Jim Chaney, who recruited Smith to Tennessee before being fired this month. Smith was also recruited by Kentucky and Oklahoma State.
