Three-star running back Stefon McCray (Kissimmee, Fla./Osceola) is taking his recruiting search nationwide. The senior, who says he’s bulked up to 5-foot-11 and 204 pounds, will be taking his first official visit this weekend to Marshall.
"I’m excited to check out Marshall and see what they have to offer on and off the field," McCray explained. "I know they have some young backs but they seem to use them all well."
McCray was interested in Iowa State for much of the offseason, but when Tyler Brown (Lakeland, Fla./Lake Gibson) committed to the Cyclones that recruiting door was closed. Other schools have stepped up their interest in recent weeks, however.
