July, 3, 2013
Offensive tackle James McHale (Dunmore, Pa./Dunmore) is on board with Temple, the Times-Tribune reports.

"It was a long process, but it was fun," he said. "I had a lot of schools come in and [was] interested, and I went to a bunch of camps. It was a pretty good experience getting recruited."

McHale added, "Now I have that behind me, and I don't have to worry about a recruiting trip. I can focus on this season. We are really excited about this season at Dunmore; we have a lot of guys back and we are pretty pumped."

The 6-foot-6, 289-pound blocker also holds scholarship offers from Buffalo, Florida Atlantic, Massachusetts and Syracuse. Boston College, Connecticut, Georgia Tech, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue, West Virginia and Wisconsin showed interest.

Temple has 16 pledges for 2014.
