2014 running back Marcelias Sutton (Warsaw, N.C./Kenan) is set to play in-state for the Wolfpack, WECT.com reports.

Charlotte, East Carolina, North Carolina A&T and North Carolina Central also extended scholarship offers to the 5-foot-8, 171-pound prospect.

Sutton rushed for 1,804 yards and 26 touchdowns during his junior campaign.

This spring, he recorded an electronically-timed 4.76 40-yard dash, 4.31 20-yard shuttle, 40.8-inch vertical, 33-foot power throw and 94.56 SPARQ at a Nike event.

NC State has 22 commitments.

CHARLOTTE -- More than 1,200 athletes from 14 states made their way to Hough High School just outside of Charlotte looking to prove they have what it takes to get to the next level. Here is a look at the 25 standout performers who make up the Charlotte Nike SPARQ All-Combine Team.

Note: Selections are based upon combine performance as well as past and projected on-field performance. Athletes must have completed two of the four combine tests to be eligible for selection. Athletes are in the Class of 2014 unless otherwise noted.

OFFENSE

QB: Dalton Etheridge, 5-foot-10 , 189 pounds, McDonough (Ga.) Eagle’s Landing
Results: 4.76 40-yard dash, 4.15 shuttle, 35.5-foot power ball toss, 29.0-inch vertical jump, 89.97 SPARQ Rating
Breakdown: Standout junior campaign earned him multiple all-state selections.

RB: Elijah Hood, 6-0, 218, Charlotte (N.C.) Catholic
Results: 4.56 40, 4.50 shuttle, 37.0’ PB, 37.0” VJ, 108.84
Breakdown: A national recruit with offers from Ohio State, USC and Notre Dame, to name a few, he posted the day's top SPARQ Rating.

RB: Thomas Banks, 5-9 , 192, Martinez (Ga.) Augusta Christian
Results: 4.74 40, 4.15 shuttle, 35.5’ PB, 34.6” VJ, 99.93 SPARQ
Breakdown: Well-built runner has all the tools now. He just needs to show in between the lines to open some eyes.

Breakdown: Shifty slot receiver is a perfect fit in any spread offense and creates mismatches against bigger defenders.

Breakdown: A key contributor in getting Eastview into the second round of the state playoffs.

WR: Vincynt Smith, 6-1, 173, Blythewood (S.C.) Westwood

Breakdown: Sure-handed possession receiver averaged over 10 yards per catch with 49 total catches as a junior.

Breakdown: Rising junior was the first offensive lineman to break the 100 SPARQ Rating mark this year.

Breakdown: Athletic guard prospect raised his SPARQ Rating 13 points since the Atlanta combine, and recorded the third-fastest 40 time for an offensive lineman on the day.

OL: Tobias Edge-Campbell, 6-1, 277, Raeford (N.C.) Hoke County

Breakdown: Big-time performance earned him an invite to the next day's Nike Football Training Camp.

Breakdown: Followed up a great combine performance with a solid showing at Sunday's NFTC.

Breakdown: 2015 prospect had the highest vertical jump and second-fastest 40 for a defensive linemen at the Charlotte NFTC.

Breakdown: Big defensive tackle tied the 2013 Nike tour record for the power ball toss at 44 feet.
