On The Trail: Jordan Cunningham
ESPN 150 wide receiver Jordan Cunningham (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla./University School) has decided Vanderbilt is the place for him. The 6-foot-1, 175-pound prospect chose the Commodores over Florida State and Stanford.
Cunningham, ranked No. 107 in the ESPN 150 and the No. 13 wide receiver in the country, took official visits to Florida State, Oklahoma State, Stanford and Vanderbilt during the recruiting process. A very successful student, academics were always going to play a huge role in his decision.

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- As Tony Stevens (Orlando, Fla./Evans) looks decreasingly likely to sign with Florida State, the Seminoles have begun to make appropriate changes to their plans at wide receiver.
ESPN 150 wide receiver Jordan Cunningham (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla./University School of Nova Southeast) is hardly a backup plan, though. Being the No. 59 prospect in the country, he's proved himself to be a quality prospect.
And it seems he's warm to Florida State despite running backs coach Eddie Gran's departure to Cincinnati, as well as Vanderbilt.

ESPN 150 defensive tackle Maquedius Bain (Davie, Fla./University School) has rescheduled his official visit to Oklahoma on Nov. 23, according to his high school coach, Roger Harriott.
Bain, a 6-foot-5, 285-pound senior, will also take an official to LSU in November.
“Maquedius is taking his test this weekend and that was what was keeping him from taking his official visits,” Harriott said. “So he’s going to Oklahoma on the 23rd and I believe he’s heading to LSU on the 16th.”

Oklahoma State may have been considered a bit of a long shot for ESPN 150 wide receiver Jordan Cunningham (Davie, Fla./University School) when he announced his top six several weeks ago, however, the Cowboys might be moving up on the 6-foot-2, 175-pound senior’s board after an official visit this past weekend.
“It was a very nice experience,” Cunningham said. “I went there with my teammate, Mike White, and everything was very nice.
“The campus was amazing and the coaching staff was pretty chill but productive. I would say this trip definitely improved my overall opinion of Oklahoma State.”

CINCINNATI – Just about every big-time college football program has offered ESPN 150 recruit Jordan Cunningham (Fort Lauderdale, Fla./University School), and six schools have made the cut for him.
Alabama, Florida State, Miami (Fla.), Notre Dame, Oklahoma State and Stanford are the six favorites for the nation’s sixth-best receiver.
The problem is Cunningham, who will take all five official visits, won’t be able to grant one of those schools an official.

We asked several of Florida's top prospects and underclassmen -- including ESPNU Watch List players, plus other highly regarded prospects from the Classes of 2013 and 2014 -- their thoughts on Urban Meyer’s return to coaching and if any of them would consider Ohio State if the Buckeyes reached out to them now.
ESPNU 150 WR Latroy Pittman, Citra North Marion (Florida commit): “I am not sure how I feel about [this situation] or what I would do if they contacted me.”
Four-star DB T.J. Davis, Tallahassee Godby (Auburn commit): “I think it’s a great move for Coach Meyer, but I’m AU all the way!”
