On Wednesday, Arizona added a commitment on defense, as cornerback Devon Brewer (Fresno, Calif./Central) made his decision.

One thing is becoming abundantly clear in the Urban Meyer era.

The two-time national champion coach likes players with NFL bloodlines. In the Class of 2014, Ohio State has offered Christian McCaffrey the son of three-time Super Bowl winner Ed McCaffrey. Jonathan Haden, the brother of NFL superstar Joe Haden, and Austin Roberts, the son of Super Bowl champion Alfredo Roberts.

Tennessee offensive line commit Orlando Brown Jr., the son of late Cleveland Browns offensive tackle Orlando Brown, was also offered by the Buckeyes as was linebacker Dillon Bates, the son of three-time Super Bowl winner Bill Bates.

With his junior season behind him, Jonathan Haden is ready to visit some prospective colleges.

The running back from Washington (D.C.) Friendship said he will visit Ohio State soon and is considering a visit to North Carolina as well.

"I'm very open-minded," the 5-foot-8, 180-pound prospect said. "I have seen North Carolina and I like them a lot. I just plan on getting to some schools so I can see how they are."

The way Ohio State coaches see it, Dorian Johnson is still sitting out there.

Ditto for Vonn Bell, Mike Mitchell, David Dawson and Corn Elder.

New Jersey once again has several prospects with national appeal such as Kiy Hester (Wayne, N.J./De Paul Catholic), Gerald Owens (Westville, N.J./West Deptford) and Andrew Trumbetti (Demarest, N.J./Demarest). Thaddeus SnodgrassTom Hauck for ESPN.com2014 WR Thaddeus Snodgrass is among a handful of receivers slated to visit this weekend.
Call the Ohio State-Cal game the weekend of the wide receivers in term of unofficial visits.

Thaddeus Snodgrass (Springfield, Ohio/Springfield) is hoping the third time is the charm as he was derailed the two previous weeks in terms of unofficial visits.

He has got company, however, as Dominique Booth (Indianapolis/Pike) and Zach Yousey (Columbus, Ohio/Harvest Preparatory) have plans to find their way to The Horseshoe.
