Ferns is already committed, but he remains on this list for a reason. For one, he is a huge pickup for Michigan, but he is also hot on the recruiting trail for Michigan. Ferns is building on what Shane Morris did in the 2013 class, trying to develop relationships with other top Michigan targets. That could end up being a bonus for Michigan if Ferns can help reel in other prospects.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- With signing day 2013 wrapped up, it’s time to turn our attention to the 2014 recruits. Here are five players Alabama will be targeting for next year’s class:
TE Jeb Blazevich (Charlotte, N.C./Christian)
Although Alabama signed ESPN 150 tight end O.J. Howard on Wednesday, the Tide missed on a number of other tight end prospects -- Hunter Henry, Josh McNeil and Greg Taboada. The coaching staff will likely target the position again in 2014, and the top player available is Blazevich, a Watch List tight end. He has offers from all over but recently said he is considering only Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Notre Dame, Ohio State and Ole Miss. He was in Miami to watch the Tide take home their second national championship in as many years.

BATON ROUGE, La. -- With signing day 2013 wrapped up, it's time to turn our attention to 2014. Here are five players LSU will be pursuing for the 2014 class:
RB Leonard Fournette (New Orleans/St. Augustine)
Fournette is one of the top players and top running backs in the 2014 class, and he is already being mentioned as one of the great running backs to come out of Louisiana, a bold statement considered the state's storied history. At 6-foot-1 and 232 pounds with blinding speed and tremendous feel for the game, Fournette's talent was a big reason why LSU did not take a running back in 2013.

From the offensive line to kicker, the program loaded up on prospects. The program’s success in 2013 opens options for 2014.
Look for the Huskies to focus plenty of attention on running backs, since Lavon Coleman (Lompoc, Calif./Lompoc) was the only prospect at that position to sign Wednesday.
The offensive line will also continue to be a priority, but for the most part, Washington will have the flexibility to pursue its top targets, regardless of position.
Here is an early look at five prospects the Huskies will focus on in their 2014 class:
WR Rahshead Johnson
Long Beach (Calif.) Jordan
