Two-star RB zips to Akron
David Jones, a two-star running back from Westlake High School (Waldorf, Md.), has declared his intention to play for Akron, multiple sources report.
The 5-foot-11, 180-pound Jones also received a scholarship offer from Virginia Military of the Football Championship Subdivision.
He has posted a 4.82 40-yard dash, 4.68 20-yard shuttle and 28.5-inch vertical on the combine circuit
