More bad news for Pitt
Another piece of Pittsburgh's one-time top 25 recruiting class has decided to play college football at another instution.
According to multiple sources, three-star center Brandyn Cook (Cincinnati, Ohio/St. Xaiver) has decommitted from the Panthers and is now set to play in the Mid-American Conference for Miami-OH.
Cincinnati.com reports that Cook visited the RedHawks this weekend and "committed on the spot."
Youngstown State also offered the 6-foot-2, 280-pound senior.
Miami-OH has assembled a quality non-BCS recruiting class which includes verbals from six three-stars and four high two-star prospects according to ESPNU.
