Youngstown standout to Buffalo
Running back / defensive back Devin Campbell (Youngstown, Ohio/Boardman) has pledged to sign with Buffalo, Rivals.com reports.
The 5-foot-11, 185-pound senior also picked up scholarship offers from Fordham, Lehigh and Youngstown State. Campbell also made an official visit to Kent State, who did not offer.
