Kennedy Frazier rockets to Toledo

Safety Kennedy Frazier (Towson, Md./Calvert Hall College) has ended the process and committed to Toledo, multiple sources report.
Frazier also had an offer from Ohio and was receiving interest from Boston College, Connecticut, Notre Dame, Temple and Tennessee.
The Rockets now have 20 commitments for the Class of 2013.
