Juco Keontae Hollis zips to Akron

Iowa Central Community College (Fort Dodge, Ia.) defensive tackle Keontae Hollis has committed to Akron, multiple sources report. He officially visited the Mid-American Conference program last weekend.
Despite the pledge, Hollis is slated to make an official visit to South Alabama beginning Friday. His other scholarship offers include Eastern Illinois and Tennessee State. Michigan State reportedly expressed some interest.
Akron has nine verbals.
