Visit firms things up for Devin Ross
By Erik McKinney
Cornerback Devin Ross (Mission Hills, Calif./Alemany) committed to Colorado in early August, but a tough season in Boulder and a coaching staff overhaul had the three-star recruit considering other options.
He was thinking about making other visits, including one to Utah, but after an official visit to Colorado this past weekend, Ross is firmly in the fold with the Buffs. Following the visit, he said he will not take any other trips and is shutting down the recruiting process.
It's a big win for Colorado, as the new staff continues to keep the class in tact. Ross is the second highest-rated commitment in the Colorado class and a dynamic athlete, capable of playing either cornerback or wide receiver at the next level.
