ESPN 300 athlete Dixon makes decision

By Sam Khan Jr.

ESPN 300 athlete Tre'vell Dixon decided the first school he picked is the best one for him.

The former Nebraska commitment re-committed to the Cornhuskers on Sunday. Dixon confirmed the news in a text message to RecruitingNation.

Dixon originally was the first commitment of Nebraska's 2013 class, committing in January 2012, but reopened his recruitment in the summer. Nebraska was the first school to receive an official visit from Dixon, who visited on the weekend of Nov. 16 when the Cornhuskers hosted Minnesota.

The four-star prospect is the No. 277 player in the ESPN 300 and is the No. 32 athlete nationally. He also took official visits to Houston and Louisiana-Lafayette and scheduled visits to Southern Mississippi (Jan. 25) and Arizona State (Feb. 1).
