Peach State DB is No. 19 for Duke

The Blue Devils reeled in their 19th Class of 2013 commitment this weekend.
Defensive back Deondre Singleton (Lawrenceville, Ga./Archer) gave his pledge today after Duke hosted the senior on an official visit, multiple sources report.
Singleton (5-foot-11, 170 pounds) made an official visit to Penn State on Dec. 7. Air Force, Appalachian State, Delaware, Elon, Georgia State, Howard, Marshall and Miami (Ohio) were his other scholarship offers. Kentucky, Tennessee and Wisconsin showed interest.
Two of Duke's three ungraded pledges, Singleton and athlete Quay Chambers (Monroe, N.C./Monroe), will be evaluated soon by ESPN. Fifteen of the Blue Devils' 19 verbals are graded as three-star prospects.
