Scouts: Gibson could play early at WVU

ESPN 300 wide receiver Shelton Gibson (Cleveland Heights, Ohio/Cleveland Heights) committed to the Mountaineers on Wednesday, becoming West Virginia's highest-rated 2013 recruit.
Gibson is another weapon for a scheme that must keep depth at wide receiver to operate at optimum power under Dana Holgorsen’s leadership. He is an explosive playmaker who can not only stretch the field but extend plays after the catch. In our opinion he is faster and more explosive than much of West Virginia’s receiving corps right now. We would not be surprised to see him play early for the Mountaineers.
