Hurd gets offer from out West

Jalen Hurd now has college interest from three time zones away.
The Watch List prospect's most recent scholarship offer from Stanford, he told ESPN via text message on Wednesday. Until now, most of the Hurd's offers have come from Southeast and Midwest schools. He now has approximately 15 offers.
During his junior season, the 6-foot-3, 195-pound Hurd said Florida, Georgia and Ohio State led for his services. That, however, is certainly subject to change since it is more than a year until the 2014 prospect will sign with his chosen college.
