Juco wide receiver flips to Cal

City College of San Francisco receiver Drake Whitehurst has committed to sign with California, multiple sources report. He was originally pledged to Idaho.
Hawaii, Middle Tennessee and Towson also extended scholarship offers to the 6-foot-6, 215-pound target. Additionally, he had a preferred walk-on offer from Oregon.
Whitehurst is not rated by ESPN but will be evaluated soon.
The Golden Bears have 21 players on board for 2013.
